Retail / DIY Customers

Happy days! You’ve confirmed your new fencing quote/order with us? Now what?

If you are local (within Hamilton Location) we offer free delivery, or pickup collection. If you are further a field not a problem, we still offer shipping around NZ North and South Island as our Freight provider (MOVE Freight or Mainfreight) can deliver to a Transport hub near your local city or your physical address provided a truck can gain access. Orders over $2,000.00 (excl GST) qualify for free shipping NZ wide.

Quotes/orders under $2,000.00 (excl GST) will be added as a line item in your quote at the time before accepting so it is clear of pricing. The freight charge is based off cubic measurements and weight of the product. Please note – if being shipped to an address a forklift or hijab at delivery end may be required if not collected from a local MOVE or Mainfreight hub) so please think about this at time of quoting if you are factoring direct address delivery.

What if my product is damaged by the Freight Provider on Arrival?

In the unfortunate event your product arrives damaged, please immediately contact us to advise of the damage and photo evidence also will need to be provided at the time to assist us with working with our freight provider to remedy the damage.

Standard Product Shipping Time Guidelines

If your order is standard off the shelf product, we typically ship within 2-3 days of quote being accepted – On the odd instance unexpected and out of our control delays may occur depending on where your delivery address is however, we will keep you updated on any delays as they are relayed to us by our freight provider.

Custom made Product Shipping Time Guidelines

For custom production of panels and gates, we aim for 2–3-week lead time to make the product and ship thereafter. When production is complete, we will update you via call or email when the freight provider has been booked and provide a tracking number if available. Provided that no unexpected delays occur, deliveries to North Island addresses are typically 5-7 working days and deliveries for South Island are typically 2 weeks.

Smaller deliveries of components ie. Brackets, hinges, locks, screws (hardware) etc are mainly delivered by NZ Post or Aramex at charges similar to the courier company if ordering separately.

Trade Customers

All products, both custom and off-the-shelf/standard products once ready, can be collected via our warehouse or the same delivery terms above as retail/DIY apply for out of Waikato Trade Customers.

Important note: If you do not have truck access for delivery to your stated address, please advise us of this at the time of quoting and we will discuss with you the best shipping options available to your area.
